Adams | Vice President Cynthia oversees all aspects and logistics of TravelCom 2010, the premier conference for travel and tourism industry marketing executives and CEOs. Prior to joining the Vantage Strategy team, Cynthia was a consultant and independent contractor in the areas of incentive travel, meetings and events management, and fundraising. Her work has required extensive travel both domestically and internationally for clients including the United States Air Force, Maritz Travel Company, and Ogilvy Healthworld. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Allegheny College. ![]() Jon T. Anderson, Ph.D. | Director, Online Technology Jon serves as the Director of Online Technology for Vantage. He is responsible for designing and building world-class websites and social media tools for Vantage clients which include N9NE Group, Mystic Coast & Country Travel Association, and the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau. Jon holds a PhD in Quantitative Environmental Sciences from the University of Maryland. ![]() Rose DiFerdinando | Marketing Communications Coordinator Rose serves as the Marketing Communications Coordinator where she is responsible for production and communication for Vantage conferences and events, primarily working on the development and coordination of TravelCom 2010. She also delivers research on innovative social media and mobile media marketing in the business environment for the strategy division. Rose has been involved in projects with the U.S. Travel Association, Destination Management Association International, and Mexico Tourism Board. Rose is currently completing her Event Management Certificate at The George Washington University. ![]() Alaina Graves | Online Marketing Analyst Alaina is responsible for online communications, helping clients optimize their online presence through website analysis, keyword optimization, advertisement placement, and tracking the success of online marketing endeavors. She has supported the efforts of clients including the Mexico Tourism Board, Palms Casino Resort, Alexandria Convention and Visitors Association, and O’Callaghan Hotels. Prior to Vantage, Alaina worked for Port Discovery Children’s Museum in Baltimore developing events marketing campaigns. Alaina holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson University. ![]() Kathryn O'Brian | Graphic Artist Kathryn O’Brian is a Graphic Artist at Vantage Strategy where she develops logos, brand identities, online and print advertising, and other marketing promotions for Vantage clients which include Palms Casino Resort, Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Mystic Coast and Country Travel Industry Association. Kathryn graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. ![]() Nicholas E. Walker | Business Analyst Nicholas is a Business Analyst with Vantage. In this role he conducts market research, develops strategic models and frameworks, and supports the delivery of client recommendations through effective presentations. Nicholas has supported the delivery of strategic insight and action plans for clients including Maritz, U.S. Travel Association, and Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Nicholas holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Tourism Administration from The George Washington University. |
